This price adjustment comes in the wake of new tariffs imposed by an executive order from President Donald Trump, which includes a 20% fee on goods imported from Vietnam, where Nintendo has shifted much of its production from China to avoid previous tariffs. Nintendo cites “market conditions” as the reason for the price increases.
